Who we are

Yuen Massage is a massage and foot reflexology studio at 15/F Toa Tak Building, 642-646 Nathan Road, Mong Kok. This policy explains what personal data this website collects when you book online, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book a treatment online, we ask for your name, phone number and email address. These are the fields shown at the details step of the booking form.

We never ask for your card details on this site. Card payments go directly to our payment processor, Stripe, described below.

Your language choice (English or Chinese) is saved in your own browser only, as ym_lang, and is never sent to us.

How we use it

We use your name, phone number and email to confirm your booking, contact you if your appointment time changes, and send you your booking confirmation. We do not sell your personal data.

Payment and card data

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Yuen Massage never receives or stores your card number, expiry date or security code.

Where your booking is stored

Booking records, including the service booked, the appointment time, and the name, phone number and email you gave us, are stored in our database on Cloudflare.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it.

These only start after you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit. You can decline, and the site works exactly the same either way. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for 24 months from your appointment date.

Your rights

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact us at info@yuenmassage.com.hk to make a request. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may also contact Hong Kong's Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (pcpd.org.hk).
