Refund policy.

The terms below set out the Terms of Service for the Booking, Cancellation & Treatment Policies.

Booking with us works one of three ways: pay in full online and save 10%, pay a HK$100 deposit per guest online with the balance due at the studio, or reserve online and pay the full listed price at the studio. However you pay, a confirmed booking is final. Rescheduling follows the 6-hour rule in section 2 below.

1. Payments & Final Sales

Full payment is required to confirm all bookings. All bookings are final and non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling & Transfers

Rescheduling must be requested at least 6 hours before the appointment time. If approved, the booking may be: Rescheduled to another date/time, or Transferred to a friend or family member.

Rescheduling or transfer requests made within 6 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

3. No-Shows

No-shows cannot be rescheduled or transferred and are non-refundable. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be forfeited.

4. Late Arrivals

Late arrival time will be deducted from the treatment duration. Arriving 15 minutes late means 15 minutes will be deducted from your session.
